Our Mission Is Inspired by Scripture

"A good man leaves an inheritance to his children's children."

    Proverbs 13:22

An inheritance is more than money. It includes faith, character, and preparation.

Planning is one practical way a family cares for the people entrusted to them.

Workshops offer general education. We encourage families to seek legal, tax, pastoral, and financial guidance for their own situation.

Why Churches Invite Eric & Haydee

Four themes shape every workshop, taught in plain language.

    Biblical Stewardship

Everything we have is entrusted to us. Families learn what faithful care of a home, savings, and responsibilities looks like day to day.

    Financial Wisdom

Plain-English teaching on saving, giving, debt, and the unexpected. No products, no pitches, no shame about where a family starts.

    Estate Planning Education

What a will does. What a trust does. Why beneficiary forms matter. Families leave knowing what to ask, and who to ask.

    Family Preparation

Who would raise the children. Who would speak for you in the hospital. How to talk with aging parents.

    Questions Families Ask

These come up in every room we teach. Here is how we answer them.

    Do we need a will?

Almost every adult does. A will names who receives what and, if you have children, who you would want to raise them. Without one, your state decides.

    Do we need a trust?

Not every family does. Trusts help when you own a home, want to avoid probate, or want to control how and when children receive support.

What happens if one of us becomes incapacitated?

Someone has to make medical and money decisions. Naming that person ahead of time keeps your family out of court during a hard week.

Who would care for our children?

Parents choose a guardian in writing and talk with that person first. We walk through how to pick someone and how to name a backup.

How do we prepare aging parents?

Start with one kind conversation, not a stack of paperwork. We teach a simple order: documents, accounts, health wishes, then care options.

How can we reduce stress for our family?

Write things down and tell people where to find them. Most family conflict comes from missing information, not bad intentions.

How do we leave more than money?

Values, letters, and stories can be part of a plan. Families often say this is the part their children remember most.
